1. Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Not show signs of damage, alteration, or laundering.
Some items are non‑returnable (for hygiene or safety reasons), such as undergarments, swimwear (unless defective), or other items specified at the time of sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return

In your message, include your:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once we approve your return request, we will send you return instructions (including return address and any forms or labels).
You must ship the return within 3 business days after approval (unless we instruct otherwise).
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part (wrong or incorrect item).
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee we will receive your return otherwise.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges (for a different size, color, or replacement item) subject to availability.
If the item you want is not available, we may issue store credit for future purchase.
If you request to exchange and your desired replacement item is of higher value, we’ll notify you of any additional cost.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund (approved or denied).
If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: banks or credit card companies may require additional time before credit appears in your account.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within the 7‑day window) and provide photos of the defect or damage.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (including original shipping) at no extra cost to you.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before it is shipped).
Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — returns must follow the above return procedure.
8. Conditions That May Void a Return
Returns may be denied (or partial credit may be issued) under the following conditions:
Item shows wear, stains, odors, or damage beyond original condition
Missing original tags, labels, packaging
Return initiated after the 7‑day period
Item is one of the non‑returnable categories as specified
